GSM Builders Ltd is a family-run building company at 13 Leven Way, Hayes UB3. We have been building in West London under the GSM name since 2019, and the people running the jobs carry 20+ years’ trade experience in extensions, loft conversions and whole-house refurbishments.
We are a small firm on purpose. One of the family is on every site, the same team follows a job from the first survey to the Building Control completion certificate, and you always know who to ring.

What we do
We design and build house extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions, and carry out full refurbishments – kitchens, bathrooms, structural alterations, roofing, plastering, flooring, tiling and decorating. With our architectural drawings, planning liaison and Building Control know-how we can take a project from an idea to sign-off with one point of contact.
How we work
Every job starts with a free site survey and an itemised written quote. Payment is staged against work completed, never up front. We keep the house liveable while we build, tidy up daily, and put a 12-month workmanship warranty in writing on every contract.
